What is the Beyond Lockdown survey?

This survey was conducted by HRLocker with 650 CEOs and CHROs  based in the UK and Ireland. The report outlines some insightful key findings on the future of work, employee wellbeing, dual-working as the new normal and building better employee experiences.

The report reveals more than three quarters (78%) of organisations plan to encourage employees to work remotely more often after lockdown, with 28% planning to significantly increase remote working.
